To get Windows 10 to find your network-connected devices, we need to place your connected network into the Private mode. This is done by clicking the Wi-Fi connection symbol in the bottom right-hand side of the screen, near the clock. Selecting Properties, looking for network profile below;

But once you changed your Wi-Fi, Windows 10 gets to work and identifies the devices on the same network as yourself, installing device drivers as needed for things like printers etc..
